or cell phones offer distinctive functions to their users, i.e large colour LCD screen, pre installed
polyphonic ring tones, voice
dialling, voice recording or a built-in answering machine,
with JAVA and MMS ability, data connectivity - using Infrared Interface and PC synchronization capabilities
and perhaps arguably best of all – cool talking keypads.
Most new Mobile phones use
WAP technology for downloading additional
polyphonic ring tones, as well as wallpaper, screensaver and pictures.
Polyphonic ring tones by definition mean the capability to play sound with more than one note simultaneously -- rather than the beep, beep of
monophonic ring tones.
