sending the goods to a UK postcode,
then for any size or weight of order, there is a charge for
our standard 2 days delivery service. We
offer two delivery choices to maximize saving and
value to our customers.
We also offer 1-3 working days express service.

Christmas-period customer support:
Please note that all of our customer support departments will be unavailable from 25th December to 2nd January. We will continue to accept orders during this period, although due to reduced service from our couriers, goods are highly unlikely to reach you until after 2nd January. Telephone customer support will resume after this period.

Christmas-period delivery notice:
Due to restrictions in The Royal Mail's delivery service over the Christmas period, we expect that orders placed on, or before the 18th of December will be with you before Christmas. Orders placed after the 18th December should be with you in early January.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery - dates provided should be used only as a guide.
Orders that miss our pre-Christmas service will be delivered in early January.
